机电设备进口过程中的合同谈判和执行技巧

针对目前国内大量引进国外先进设备,国内民营企业以及小规模的企业缺乏精通国际贸易,精通设备工艺以及精通国际商务谈判的复合型项目经理人才,论文以相关案例分析为依据,结合中西方文化差异因素,分析了我国进口设备合同谈判和执行中遇到的问题,提供了相关问题的解决措施以及方案。总结了一些能防范合同谈判中的风险、提高设备进口操作的效率,并节约人力和经济成本的方法,以在一定程度上提高我国机电设备进口的贸易质量。

【Abstract】 In view of the present situation of importing a large number of advanced foreign equipment in China, domestic private enterprises and small enterprises lack project manager talents who are proficient in international trade, familiar with equipment technology and master international business negotiation, based on relevant case analysis, combining with the differences factors between Chinese and Western cultural, paper analyzes the problems facing in the contract negotiation and execution of Chinese imported equipment, and puts forward the countermeasures and scheme of related problems, and summarizes the measures which can reduce the risk of contract negotiation, improve the efficiency of importing equipment, and save human resource and economic cost, to improve the trade quality of Chinese machinery and electrical equipment to a certain extent.
