【Abstract】 At present， electromechanical equipment has been widely used in the field of cement industry and construction. The safe and stable operation of electromechanical equipment has become an important guarantee for the sustainable development of modern cement industry. This paper introduces installation points of cement grinding mill and electromechanical air-conditioning ventilation system in cement electromechanical equipment， and then discusses the contents of the installation and management of cement electromechanical equipment， and the measures to improve the management level.
