数控机床远程监控主要由工业计算机、路由器、交换机、网络摄像机、数控系统、紧急关闭装置等组成，数控机床远程监控装置不仅可以在某些紧急情况下紧急关闭数控机床的运行，防止出现不可控制的情况导致损失，而且还可以通过网络摄像机同时监控多台数控机床的运行情况，即实现一个操作员管理多台数控机床的加工。

Abstract： CNC machine tool remote monitoring is mainly composed of industrial computer， routers， switches， network cameras， CNC system and emergency shutdown device. CNC machine tool remote monitoring device can not only stop the operation of CNC machine tool in some emergency， prevent uncontrollable situation which can lead to losses， but also can monitor the operation condition of many sets of CNC machine tools through the network video camera， namely an operator management many manage the processing of sets of CNC machine tool.
