基于UG的数控机床夹具设计方法研究

介绍了基于UG的数控机床夹具设计方法;首先建立基于UG平台的夹具标准元件三维图库;然后把需要的标准元件直接复制到夹具装配文件夹中,并依次装配各元件,再按照各零件尺寸位置设计夹具体,并装配;最后把三维夹具装配图,转换为二维工程图;设计过程简单、明了,并且提高了夹具设计质量和效率。

【Abstract】The design method of fixture for CNC machine tool based on UG is introduced.First,a 3D library of fixture standard components based on UG platform is established.Then,the required standard components are directly copied into the fixture assembly folder,and each component is assembled in turn,Parts size and location of the design clip fixture,and assembly;Finally,the three-dimensional fixture assembly drawings,converted to two-dimensional drawings; design process is simple and clear,and improve the fixture design quality and efficiency.
